Regina Battad - Customer Service: Having earned a degree in Industrial Engineering. I work by one rule: maximize output employing minimal effort and time. With the number of hats I wear, that principle serves me well. I work with everyone from clients to the president; acquiring print specs, providing estimates, tracking orders, updating clients on proofs, scheduling jobs, delivery and coordinating  production samples and approvals.
